Planning a broadcast for your next event?
Whether you are a sports federation commissioning a broadcast for an international event, a national federation developing your broadcast output, or a rights holder looking for a production partner in Central Europe — the first step is a conversation about scope.
Use the form below to describe your event and what you need. You will hear back from Péli László directly within 24 hours.
What happens after you get in touch
For federation and international broadcast enquiries
The first conversation is about broadcast scope — what you need to deliver, to whom, and under what rights obligations. From there we establish whether the production requires a full host broadcast management engagement, a production partner role, or a more specific service. This is followed by a written proposal and, if the scope is right, a broadcast mandate document as the basis for the production contract.
If your event requires OB van infrastructure or satellite uplink beyond Pélicom Média’s direct production capacity, we work with bigger broadcast companies and manage the production on your behalf. You deal with one point of contact regardless of the technical complexity of the production.
For event and venue broadcast enquiries
For sports events, conferences, or corporate productions, we begin with a venue assessment to establish camera positions, power, and connectivity before providing a quote. This is followed by a full production plan, contract, and build schedule. On the day we arrive with the equipment and crew specified in the plan, conduct system tests, and go live. Post-production and archive delivery follow the broadcast if required.
